| 英文描述 | This is a condition of cattle seen in all breeds characterized by spastic contracture of one or both hind limbs with extreme extension of the hock and stifle. Usually seen in calves between 6 weeks and 8 mos. of age, but has been seen in adults. Thought to be inherited. Dx by clinical signs with main differential dorsal luxation of the patella. A similar syndrome has been seen in Alpine and Pygmy goats. |
